Dr. Jolley is a good man and a great Orthodontist! He helped me with an orthodontic issue on short notice and did a great job. He also has an amazing staff! I would definitely recommend Jolley Orthodontics!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. This office clearly operates on a double standard when it comes to respecting people’s time. They had no problem asking me to reschedule my daughter’s last appointment because it didn’t work for them, but when I arrived just a few minutes late to the new time THEY chose, they refused to see her at all. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Life happens, especially when you’re coordinating schedules and caring for multiple children, on top of living 45 minutes away, yet they showed zero flexibility or understanding. If they expect patients to accommodate their schedule changes, the least they could do is extend the same courtesy in return. This kind of rigid, inconsiderate behavior is exactly why people lose trust in providers. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reasonable, respectful care.
Dr. Jolley and his employees are awesome! I recently completed treatment with them and had a great experience throughout the process of braces. Will always recommend these guys!
I absolutely LOVED going to Dr Jolley. His staff was always so nice. And he does such good work! He did my braces a few years ago and I never had any problems. I highly recommend Dr Jolley to anyone in need of braces!
We are new to the braces scene, but will most likely be doing this for years to come between our 4 kids. Dr Jolley has been a pleasure to work with and his staff is incredible! They've made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. I'm actually looking forward to spending the next 7+ years in and out of their office.
