The staff here are simply amazing! The front desk is always so pleasant and welcoming. The dental hygienist are kind and very knowledgeable. Dr. Hayes is kind, personable, and does fabulous dental work. If dental work is intimidating to you and you want to go somewhere with people you can trust this is the office for you!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hayes and the ENTIRE team. They are truly some of the kindest, sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and they make going to the dentist such a comfortable experience. The quality of their work is excellent, and I always feel well cared for. They also offer affordable plans for cleanings and other services if you don’t have insurance, which is such a blessing. Highly recommend!
My dental hygienists was very good and informative about everything she was doing. She was really good. She reminded me how lucky I am to not have the dental hygienist I had while growing up🙀 I really appreciate knowing what is going on in my mouth. Everyone in the office is very friendly and kind. The dentist was quickly in and out (but in a good way) because I had no issues. Yay! Really really nice place and people.
The ladies at the front desk set the tone when you walk in they are all super sweet and kind and always so helpful! All the ladies helping clean teeth or helping the dentist are very kind and genuinely interested and invested. I love that they know my wife and kids by name it lets me know they care. I've never had someone call after hours to make sure I'm doing ok after a appt, thanks Dr Hayes we appreciate you. Thanks for taking care of us Joplin Dental!
Dr Hayes office got me in quickly, check in was easy without alot of paperwork. He has the kindest staff! Desiree and Becky are so personable! I have had some uncomfortable and painful dental office visits in the past so I am thankful to have found Dr Hayes who was gentle, caring & very professional . I was also informed on my bill so it was nice to not be surprised with unexpected charges or x-rays that may not be covered. I highly recommend Joplin Dental Care!
