I found it troubling that the dentist often misrepresents information to patients, seemingly to increase her earnings. This lack of transparency is alarming and undermines patient trust. I recommend verifying with your insurance after every visit, as I discovered that she charges for work that has not been completed. This practice is unethical and could lead to unexpected financial burdens on patients. It appears that the dentist is engaging in mal practice and taking shortcuts during treatment. This raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the procedures being performed. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. I felt that the level of care provided was far below acceptable standards. Additionally, there seems to be a high turnover rate among her team members, which may indicate deeper issues within the practice. A stable team is crucial for providing consistent and quality care
Dr Jordan and her Team are amazing! I purposely sought out and chose the facility when looking for the best care for my elderly Mother. She is absolutely pleased at the services rendered. The Staff are very personable and goes above and beyond. Quite the professionals!
I LOVE Dr. Jordan's office. The environment is great along with the staff. Everyone always smiles, great personality and makes you feel comfortable and they are family to me. I experienced a great encounter with Ms. Dacey who cleaned my teeth and she is fantastic! We had great conversation as she was working, she is great at her job. I feel at home and I hope to be with them for as long as I can. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan. She is such a nice pleasant lady and caring about your needs. ❤️❤️❤️
I had two extractions today. For some reason I became nervous. But with a little prayer and comfort from Dr.Sharon Jordan and her Assistant, I was able to get through the procedure with any problems. Dr. Jordan was efficient and did her job like she knows how!!!! I recommend Dr Jordan for all of your dental needs. Thank you Dr. Jordan and your staff for making me comfortable and secure. Very welcoming, very nice people didn’t wait long. The lady that took the x-rays and everything is clean and he’s very very nice and give her an A+. She very nice she let me know everything that she was doing .made sure I wasn’t in any pain .Dr. Jordan came in and looked at x-rays and everything we had a conversation on what she was gonna do to help me with my teeth health. Would recommend highly.
