Powered by GoogleDr. Arcuri has treated myself and both of my daughters. He is excellent at what he does. He and his staff went out of their way on a holiday weekend to help me. Melissa and the rest of team are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They take their time with you. Dr. Arcuri walks you through everything patiently and answers any questions you might have.
My husband had an appointment for a consultation. The wait was long so he asked to be put on a waiting list as he is suffering from an infection. Got a call to move the appointment up but it got canceled due to bad weather. Original appointment was also canceled (without notification) and was told he had to wait another month. Melissa at the front desk took zero responsibility and was not professional at all. Was talking over him and would not allow him to get in contact with the dentist. She actually hung up the phone on him!!!! Terrible customer service. This dentist needs better people working the front desk.
Treatment was great. But now almost a year later I get a call from a debt collector for $31 unpaid balance. Guess what? I never received a bill from them in the first place. Then you mean to tell me we are hiring a debt collector over $31? Without even calling me? Ridiculous.
Avoid at all costs. Staff treats patients very poorly. On the day of my initial consult I waited 20 minutes after being brought in to be seen as I heard Dr. Arcuri chatting in the next room over. When he finally came in the meeting was short with very little information given to me and him giving me non-answers treating me like I'm an idiot. Many weeks later I finally have the procedure done and it was very unpleasant. Without any discussion of the procedure, recovery, or anything else Dr. arcuri and his assistants immediately got going like they left their car running outside and had somewhere else to be. As I was leaving that day I paid my bill and thought that was it, but boy was I wrong. Over two weeks later I get another bill in the mail for even more than the first one. If they had told me that there may be an additional bill that would be one thing, but I was given no heads up so it was a complete shock to me. On the same day I also received a bill for lab work that they had sent out, another complete shock as I figured everything from my visit would have already been on their bill. Again, if they had told me that I may expect another bill for this that would be fine but nothing was ever disclosed about this. I confirmed with the person there to assist me after the procedure that any of these potential charges were not disclosed either. After attempting to call the office to see why I'm getting these bills now the person I spoke with was very unprofessional expecting me to know how they internally bill when I was trying to figure out why these potential charges were not at least disclosed to me at any point. She continued to talk in circles avoiding to take any responsibility and even got so worked up that she hung up on me.
Dr. Arcuri is an amazing surgeon. Got my wisdom teeth taken out by him - all four... and I must add that Dr. Arcuri is so kind and listens to you. I came in the next week with my dad concerned about dealing with my severe pain from the surgery, and he didn't dismiss my worries and helped me find relief while I healed. The nurse is very nice too and the front desk staff ladies are fun and humorous. Great team! Couldn't be happier with choosing to get my procedure done with Dr. Arcuri.
