This is a very expensive dentist. I won't be going back. There is a plan for patients without dental insurance and it is a rip off. It is called a membership. $99 and $33 dollars for six months. With that you get a 15% discount on procedures. In the long run you are paying more. The reason for my visit was not resolved and I was advised to see a specialist that does root canal. The dentist was not sure of the x ray for that tooth. That visit was over $800. Advice....find a dentist that offers a fee schedule for non insurance patients. That will be a dentist who truly cares about the service he provides to the community. *Additionally, make sure you run the numbers and do the math at the counter when they present you with the bill. Maybe you have a credit card that you can charge any amount you want but I am on a budget. You will see for yourself.
The nicest staff and they understood my fear of dentists. Both doctors are extremely nice and put my mind at ease I highly recommend them.
This is the most inept and absolute worst experience I’ve had with a dentist office in my entire life. They weren’t in my insurance company’s network and made sure they withheld that information until after my visit and went to checkout. I never had to pay extra for dental services, through my insurance, for 30 years until now. They had 2 weeks to get my medical records from my previous dentist and failed. They waited until the morning of my appointment (after I sat down in the chair) to contact my insurance. The cleaning and dentist was lackluster at best. Then they contact me a month later to collect even more $$$. Completely inept at every level. My total bill ended up being almost $200 with insurance due to their ineptness! Stay away from this place. Also, they are very rude when it comes to collecting and don’t care that the problem is a result of their ineptness. Edit: Don’t even try to blame me for your staff not doing their job! Based on other reviews, your business has a history of not telling people you’re not in their insurance network. You’d think after 30 years y’all would be upfront and let people know you’re not in their network. And for the record, I was very tolerant until I found out that y’all lied to me about checking with my insurance PRIOR to coming to your office. And it’s unprofessional and rude to threaten collections for a bill I didn’t receive!
Our whole family was able to switch to Dr. Vaughn. My 6yr old was first and how they treated her was astounding. Fantastic care for their patients. Therefore excellent customer service and all the offers that are available, we love Doc and all the women holding the office down up there!!
Very kind and compassionate staff. Understanding of my needs and willing to work with me any way they can. Everyone there is always smiling! Thankful and blessed for Dr. Vaughn and his office staff UPDATED August 2020 Continues to be a great dental office. They know me and care about me. I am not just the next person to come into office. Personal care, they have a weighted blanket that is so comforting to me🤗 Crystal M. does a fantastic job, very careful and patient with me. Susan is very friendly and kind in reception area. Very helpful. Everyone there is so friendly and always smiles! Great dentist and employees! Highly recommended! Once again, great staff and very considerate of my special needs Crystal M. Is great and Susan very helpful. Very professional and kind.
