Dr. Ignatowicz and his entire staff are AMAZING! Very friendly and accommodating. Their compassion and commitment to their patients is very apparent from the second you walk in. I am hopeful that God will find a means and way for me to get my full mouth restoration done. I pray that he finds the way, sooner rather than later. Brooke is truly amazing and her genuine compassion and commitment to each patient is evident through her willingness to go above and beyond & see to it that you receive all the help and support you need. Called this morning about their free evaluation for full mouth implants and to my surprise, they asked me if I’d like to come in today at noon. So far, quite impressed. Located on 1st floor to the right when entering. **Update** Just finished with my evaluation. Dr. Ignatowicz is AMAZING and so are his staff. Brooke truly loves what she does and she is definitely a cut above when it comes to her dedication and commitment to helping a patient restore their smile… I am praying that I am able to find a way to get my procedure funded because I have some pretty bad infections going on from the damage to my teeth and my need is quite desperate. Thank you guys so much, for your kind, compassionate concern. I am hopeful that God will find a way to allow me to get this done, sooner rather than later. If there is something y’all come upon that can help this veteran in need, I would really appreciate the information and or assistance. Again, thank you and God bless!
Upon arriving for my consultation with Dr Ignatowicz, I was greeted very warmly, by the receptionist, from there I saw the core value of team work! As my consultation was ending, I felt sincere Appreciation and deep gratitude that I had met a wonderful staff, that thrives on the best care and total satisfaction. Beautiful team work, that will not disappoint!! Thank-you
This is one of two visits. I’m having with the dentist in order to have two crowns. I was pretty nervous and really dreading the procedure. I have to say the doctor was extremely kind, patient and very skilled. it is obvious that he has years of experience and he knows how to handle all types of patients, especially the ones who are extremely nervous like me I also appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. I have to go back in February but now I am feeling more confident and more relaxed about finishing up this procedure. I will certainly continue my dental care with this office.
First visit. Convenient location with easy parking, nice-looking building, and a modern, clean office inside. The layout is typical for U.S. clinics — standard treatment rooms without private zones. The initial diagnostics were fast, including imaging/X-ray/panoramic scan. Staff was polite and professional. After the exam, the doctor recommended replacing a crown. Pricing is around average, possibly slightly above average. However, the technologies felt outdated — no modern digital scanning, in-house milling, or same-day crown options. Overall, an okay experience, but I’ll likely look for another clinic that offers more up-to-date dental technologies.
