The service was great and staff was great. However, rather than bill my insurance I had to pay the full amount at time of service and when my insurance paid all but $20 I had to call to get a refund of $190 mailed to me. Called 7 days later (3 times) and never received a return call. Called again on the eighth day and they said it would be mailed out that day. I should not be waiting this long for money that I should not have paid in the first place. My appointment was over a month ago.
I’m not a big fan of dental work at all, I have really bad anxiety but justin and his sweet nurses did absolutely amazing at making me feel comfortable! Everyone there is very very kind!
I just had the the most amazing appt. He sanded down the back of my front teeth so that when I bite down my teeth don't push against each other causing my teeth to loosen. He and his team are AMAZING.
Not the right dentist for me but helped me find one. Thank you
