This was my three year old’s first trip to the dentist for a cleaning. She loved it. They were so patient and gentle. She absolutely loved being able to suck the saliva and water from her mouth. She was laughing so much other hygienists were stopping in to see her. Thank you so much for making this experience a positive one. I should mention that my older son also comes here, and they make every visit to the dentist fun and enjoyable. It’s such a relief, especially since I grew up with a big fear of the dentist. I really feel that Kahului Dental has helped my kids develop a positive attitude toward dental care.
I’m visiting the island for 12 days and had a temporary crown fall out. Unfortunately it was a front tooth so couldn’t let it slide. Dr Momberg was awesome at working me into his schedule and helping me solve my problem graciously and effectively! Highly recommend him and his whole practice!
Let's start by saying, Kahului Dental is GOLD! From the moment I scheduled my appointment, walked in and greeted by Tasha, chatted with the Dr. Lena and her amazing assistant made me feel completely at ease. The office has the tech, which I am looking for in a dental practice and instantly calmed any nerves I had walking in. After being on the other side of dental procedures for most of my adult life as a former assistant, I was happy to know that there is an office on Maui that answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine kindness from everyone I interacted with. It’s not often I review a dental practice, but Kahului Dental makes the whole experience positive. I left feeling confident about my dental health and grateful for the level of care I received. For anyone who just moved here, moved back or just here for vacation, I 100% highly recommend Kahului Dental to anyone looking for quality care and an office that truly puts patients first!
Visiting from California and experiencing tooth pain. Called at 8 AM on a Friday and they were able to see me at 12:30 PM on the same day. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and the dentist! Everyone was terrific and their cash (no insurance) prices, for exam and x-ray, were very reasonable. Thank you!
Out of town and on vacation…terrible time to need a root canal, but Dr. Baxter was AMAZING! He and his staff were so kind and accommodating. Now I’m on the road to pain relief and I couldn’t thank him more! I highly recommend and so thankful we found him! Lifesaver for sure!
