This was my first visit to see Dr. Winegar, he was amazing, and the office staff was also very helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything that was happening and he personally called me back with the results, which is almost unheard of now. I would highly recommend Dr. Winegar, and Kalamazoo Periodontics!!
As a general dentist myself, I hold very high standards when it comes to clinical care and patient experience. I had an esthetic clinical crown lengthening procedure with Dr. Leja today, and I was beyond impressed. His surgical skill is exceptional—absolutely no pain from the injections through post-op recovery. The precision of his work and his calm, confident manner made the entire experience seamless. His staff was also impeccable: professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. It is rare for me, as a provider, to be on the other side of treatment—and I could not have asked for a better experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Leja and Kalamazoo Periodontics to anyone seeking periodontal or esthetic surgical care. He is truly a phenomenal surgeon and I feel fortunate to be his patient.
I have had several deep cleanings at Kalamazoo Periodontics. They are amazing. The staff and Doctors are some of the most kind and professional people you could ever wish for. I highly recomend them!
My first and only visit to this periodontist left me sitting in the chair for an hour and a half. The hygienist kept coming in about every 20-minutes to apologize for the doctor’s delay. (I could have re-read “War and Peace,” in the interim.) Emergencies do occur, but why wasn’t I offered a reschedule after 20 minutes? My time is equally valuable, and no one is happy in anticipating a probing dental exam.
Had my first deep cleaning ever with them… there new hygienist is amazing!! great beside manor very informative took time with me to explain everything and when I needed a break I didn’t feel rushed. The receptionist and dentists are all so friendly and patient with everyone especially when the dentist chair can be an unnerving place. Recommend to anyone in need of dental care.
