The staff as well as Dr Sharma were very knowledgeable and helpful. Had to get a tooth removed and they had me in and out quickly, with recovery time being minimal. They checked in throughout the procedure to make sure I was still good, took breaks when I needed it, and explained everything very clearly and detailed both pre and post op. Overall a great experience for something I really wasn't looking forward to.
I have used their service twice in the past couple years and they have been nothing but professional and respectful and efficient. I would recommend their services to anyone needing it. No long waits, everything was explained thoroughly and attended to with great care. Dr. Newby and Sharma were great - and that’s saying a lot when they’re pulling out a tooth.
From the front desk staff to the assistants and Dr. Sharma, the entire team was professional, kind, and welcoming. They made the whole experience much easier than I expected. Dr. Sharma is extremely skilled and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well informed. His attention to detail and level of care really stood out!
I needed a dental implant to replace a molar, and was referred to Dr. Newby. Great experience overall. Not only was the extraction and implant procedure painless, but it healed perfectly. My new implant looks great and feels like a natural tooth. I was also surprised at how affordable it was — much less than I was expecting based on all the things I’d read online. I will need another implant in the future and will be coming back here for it.
Dr. Newby is extremely professional, caring, capable and talented. While I was initially anxious, Dr. Newby and his staff calmed my anxiety. The procedure progressed flawlessly.
