I had a great experience with Kansas City dental implants and oral surgery. I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed, I was scared but the pain was greater than fear of being sedated. I appreciate the staff, nurses and my oral surgeon Dr.Bahreini. All four were removed the same day and getting the appointment was easy. I was sedated but the procedure didn’t take more than an hour it was less than 40 minutes, I didn’t wait long in the waiting room, they are very nice people, and explain everything to you beforehand about the surgery and what to do afterwards. The healing process is different for everyone but personally I was able to eat solids and start eating normally after the first week of surgery 7 days and by day 10 everything seemed healing better. I didn’t feel much pain after day 2 of post surgery of course could be the Tylenol pills. I am reviewing them a month later and I can say that my gums are healing nicely and no dry socket formed, there is inflammation but to be expected however it resides if you actually take care of yourself and have someone to support or help. Ice packs are better than warm compress. I had little sensitivity to cold foods and water on one of the four areas of the extraction but as the days go by the sensitivity seems to be getting better. For payments they have options check their website and if you have any questions or concerns do give them a call to discuss payment options because they will most likely be able to provide some information on it. Overall this was an amazing place and I would recommend them to my family members and colleagues if they needed any kind of dental surgery. I would come again if needed.
I had a wisdom tooth emergency and they were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind, supportive, and understanding of the pain I was in. They helped me quickly and made the whole experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate how caring they were!
Went in for wisdom teeth removal and had a great experience. All of the staff were very friendly and took good care of me. Dr. Bahreini explained everything in detail prior to the procedure and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend anyone to trust this place with your dental needs

I just had my wisdom teeth removed here 2 days ago. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Lawson Parker explained everything and went over my X-rays with me prior to the procedure so I could make the most informed choice for myself. I was also nervous for the IV sedation, since I never experienced that. I forgot her name, but the lady with reddish hair who put my IV in was so kind and helped me feel more relaxed. I don’t even remember falling asleep and then woke up after it was all over with zero issues! I also have experienced minimal pain during recovery. I’ve only needed to take a few regular (200mg) ibuprofen and haven’t needed anything stronger than that! I am very surprised because I had read and heard the worst stories about wisdom teeth removal prior to getting mine done, especially with impacted teeth (one of mine was), but overall I’d say the aftermath of this process has been less painful than headaches and cramps I experience on a routine basis! Also, everyone at this office is so kind and professional. Their excellent patient care has shined through from the moment I scheduled with Melissa at the front desk to the check in text I got from the Dr. yesterday just to make sure I’m doing okay. I highly recommend coming here for your wisdom teeth extraction!
