Periodontal care given by Dr. Ni and her staff is excellent. Patient comfort and concerns are a keystone of the practice. Services provided are excellent..These are professionals who take time to educate, too. Daisy does my cleanings and check ups. She is patient and gives helpful advice on home care. The staff that greets you is friendly and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Ni and her assistant are extremely knowledgeable and make everyone feel at ease. They are easy to understand and very personable. While the procedure was painful for my daughter they were extremely professional and walked her through each step. She is well on her road to recovery and has avoided the other more extreme options. I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Ni is fabulous—both in her work/results and her communication! She explained everything up front and addressed all my questions and concerns. Everything went (smoothly) as she described. Her follow-up is also thorough, again with great communication. I knew exactly what I needed to do! My result is a great success.
