Most amazing experience ever! I was referred by a family friend, it was so easy to get an appointment. Once I walked in, was immediately greeted by the office ladies. Check in was easy and fast. Within minutes I was taken back to a cozy nook with a beautiful view. Shayna was AMAZING! Kind, took the time to explain what was about to happen and she took great care of me! Dr. Yoo had a great chair side manner. He was quick and super efficient and resolved my issue super fast! I highly recommend a visit here! Much mahalo and 5 stars!!
This business is extremely efficient with the appointment set ups, check ins, and check outs. The dentists are very good at making me feel comfortable and not out of place, so it doesn’t put me off from coming back. Highly recommend for its very updated set up and the higher end aesthetic of the business it self.
One of the best dental experiences I’ve had in a while! I called before new years with an emergency situation, and I’m here on a workaway for an extended time but far from my home clinic that installed my temporary bridge, which had cracked and was no longer usable. They got me in two days later, on New Year’s Eve, made me a new bridge, installed it and were so pleasant and helpful every step of the way. Dr.Yoo was kind and experienced, as well as his dental assistant (hygienist? Not sure) who was also amazing. The office was clean, everyone was professional and they negotiated with me on pricing since a lot of my prep work was already done which saved me. If almost wish I lived here permanently just so I could continue all my dental work with them!
My whole experience was amazing! The staff is welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Joy Joy is the most gentle and kind dentist I’ve ever had. As a patient who’s afraid of needles, Dr. Joy Joy was very careful and attentive. I was so comfortable in her care that I even started to fall asleep! If you’re looking for a dentist who listens and makes you feel genuinely cared for, look no further than Dr. Joy Joy Fries!
Very surprised by how great my experience was here. When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist seemed so-so about her work. Then I was offput by the text that mentioned there would be an $85 fee if I didn't cancel within 48 hours. I drove up to the office (which was new, clean and possibly brand new). The receptionist I met with to check in wasn't the friendliest, but I assumed they might've been busy. However, once I got picked up by the x-ray person and sat down in the chair, I had an amazing experience. The dentist, the hygenist, and the x-ray tech were fantastic. Both the hygenist and doctor described what they were doing and why they were doing it. Additionally, they provided feedback about what my next steps might be regarding tooth care, and the dentist even went through every one of my x-rays with me. The recommendations for future dental work were communicated clearly with respect and I didn't feel like they were pushing me to dental work, unless it was necessary (which is rare for a dentist, as they often make their money by pushing services)!
