There is only 1 handicap stall in front of the building extremely steep driveway right off the only 1 lane highway around the island very dangerous and unfriendly parking situation. Staff however very friendly and helpful. Like every place on the big island not very handicap friendly!!!!
I have no words except…..thank you! I was having severe tooth pain! I didn’t know what to do! I couldn’t get in anywhere for help! I went here and that got me right in!!! I thank God for these guys! Their staff is awesome! The facility is supper nice! Great service!! Don’t like the prices to much, but that’s just how it goes!!! I would highly recommend this place!!!!!!! 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
I have had a few hygienists in my life but Terri is easily the best, she is caring thorough and experienced. If I could give 10 stars here I would.
August 2023 update: After another visit, this place is still amazing. Stacy is more than happy to answer all of my silly questions and share her knowledge, which I appreciate. I don't feel like just another number and don't feel like I'm being rushed through my appointment. This office truly is top-notch. Another 105 stars! February 2023: This is my new favorite dentist office! My previous dentist retired or sold the practice, and I just don't jive with the new owner. My husband had been coming here and recommended them. Hygienist Stacy was friendly, thorough, and had amazing energy. I usually don't have issues when getting my teeth cleaned, but I appreciate that she asked several times to make sure I was comfortable. I much prefer the "let's keep an eye on that" philosophy here than the "drill, fill, and bill" that a lot of other dentists have. I'd give Dr. Taylor and team 105 stars if Google would let me.
Calm friendly informative great dentist. I trust him. He did a great job. I tried a few other dentists on the island and this dentist is by far the very best. I am grateful. I had a concern later on and got an appointment within a week for dentist Taylor to check it out. Again; he was pleasant informative and my worry was lifted. I feel safe with him. And the other people in the office. Carolina October 13: A small filling had disappeared and after calling the office today, dentist Taylor let me come in. He is very busy I know, so I was very happy he squeezed a visit in for me.. He repaired the filling for me. He is my hero. The most amazing thing was that he said to me “ no charge” when it was done.
