After an emergency situation, I called this dentist’s office BECAUSE they have/ or / they have allowed their office to be listed Per Google as “open on Sundays 24 hours a day.” When I explained of my emergency to the on-call attendant, I was told that I was completely out of luck. It did not matter if they were open on Sunday’s or not because they only see THEIR patients for er visits. I cannot say for sure, but I would be willing to bet if I were to call them on a Monday. They would also inform me that they are not taking new patients. Shocking! So because of this blatant attempt to advertise their practice without practicing. I’m reviewing them as one star. The individual on the telephone had zero regard for my emergency because I did not belong to them. And while this seems to be the typical practice of most areas of medical practice these days… Call me old-school, but I think it’s pitiful. I think it is an overwhelming societal failure on America’s part, Colorado’s part, Grand Junction part & Doctor Stephen’s.
All the staff were friendly, compassionate, and explained in great detail everything I needed to know. Dr. Kelly was great too. He was genuinely interested and cares about his patients which made the process a lot better!
Wonderful place. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my teeth. They are so understanding and really do care about people. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and comforting. Thank you D. Cameron Reece and staff!
Answering service extremely rude and not helpful at all.Husband is a truck driver a d needs emergency extraction done I was excited to find this listing because it says 24 hours for emergency on a Su day but when u call the lady on the other end is extremely rude and Hu g up the first time.
The entire office staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
