This place has the best people in town!! I got an infection from getting my wisdom teeth removed from somewhere else and they got me an appointment right away! There are two special people that I just want to say thanks to which is Nurse Cameron and Assistant Jay! Cameron did an amazing work on my IV and was extremely welcoming, plus I don’t feel a thing when she put my IV in, she is truly the best! Jay is an absolute legend. Not only was she welcoming, but she is such a wonderful person and she made me feel calm and confident that I was in good hands!
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation yesterday morning with Dr. Sherwood. I was terrified. Shaking and teared up a little when they put the laughing gas on. All the nurses comforted me and talked me through the things I was nervous about. The laughing gas didn’t make me feel weird or dizzy, just calmed me down a lot. Dr. Sherwood promised to be gentle with my jaw and careful around my sinuses due to underlying conditions I was already suffering with, including some gnarly TMJ. Next thing I know, I’m waking up and going home. Numbing wore off completely within a few hours and ever since I have had basically no swelling and just a very mildly sore jaw. I haven’t needed to take the extra strength ibuprofen or hydrocodone they sent just in case. Tylenol and regular ibuprofen have been just fine. I’m still able to open my jaw, get some sleep, and eat! I am so amazed by all of this. Thank you, KCOMS and thank you, Dr. Sherwood for your gentle care and expertise! Now on the path to healing!
Dr. Sherwood was awesome! He did my extraction and it went very smooth. His numbing skills are very impressive (this is normally the worst part of any dental procedure). I highly recommend Dr. Sherwood to anyone that requires his services and skills. He as well as his staff puts their patients at ease with their professionalism and kindness. Once again thank you Dr. Sherwood, and thank you KCOMS.
Definitely trust sherwood for any dental work. I hate dentist. Always have. He changed that opinion for me. Unfortunately they dont take welcare as primary insurance. So hopefully I'll be able to go back to him when I get different insurance
Staff is very nice. My daughter had a great experience. She said they put her to sleep in what felt like five seconds. Great people and wonderful surgeon Dr Ford. Thank you. I would definitely recommend.
