I walked in to the office and, man, was this place busy! However, I got to the front desk and was greeted promptly. I did have to wait a while, but it’s understandable and also made me feel confident they were a good facility. The oral surgeon was a young lad, super cool. Seemed like he plays Dungeons and Dragons, my kind of guy. I am going to get a surgery scheduled with them and see what happens then. Just waiting on insurance. They do have financing available.
We cannot say enough good things about this oral surgery office. We came in with a very anxious and challenging teen, and from start to finish the entire team was nothing short of phenomenal. They were patient, calm, compassionate, and never made us feel rushed or judged. The staff took extra time to explain everything, reassured both my teen and me, and handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. You could tell they genuinely care about their patients, even when things aren’t easy. The procedure went smoothly, and recovery instructions were clear. What could have been a stressful experience turned into one where we felt supported and confident every step of the way. If you’re a parent with a nervous or strong-willed teen, this is absolutely the place you want to be. We are beyond grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.
If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. My son is special needs and needed to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. I asked repeatedly if I could stay with him during everything and was told I could. Day of the procedure they changed their mind. They also prescribed an antiquated tranquilizer that was a pain to find. I suggested they have a couple of options since not all patients can take all drugs. This apparently upset Doctor Menengato as they then tried to cancel the procedure and reschedule with a different doc. All of this while my son experienced constant pain. Needless to say I was not happy. When we decided to cancel the procedure due to my not being able to stay with my son and him getting extremely upset I asked for the office admin. She was in a meeting and couldn't be bothered to step out to assist. I didn't want to wait for a call because she had already failed to call back once. I am now left with a son in pain trying to find a new oral surgeon. This was an in office in exam room procedure NOT an OR procedure. I find the lack of concern for the patient and poor communication deeply disturbing. The attempt to move us to a different doctor without talking to us and all the other issues are very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
Can't recommend this facility enough! Had two upper wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Menegotto. I was very impressed with how efficient and painless the procedure went. Highly recommend!
I had a tooth that needed to come out on 2 very strong antibiotics as first round didn't get infection cured. Was referred by primary dentist who was out. They got me in for their quick eval and took it out in same visit. Most importantly, The procedure couldn't have gone more smoothly. This is day after andI've had nothing for pain but 1 Tylenol 500mg and 3 ibuprofen 200mg, last one at 8am today was just in case after eating. I won't need anything else. Fantastic job by doc Clark and team!
