Not paid or promo'd--just like supporting good providers. Quick logistic--true, the building is a little funky to navigate. There are signs out front to direct your parking and signs when you walk in. I park upstairs and take my bum leg down the elevator 👍🏻 I was treated by Dr. Ooi for a previous pull and came back to see him specifically because of how he treated me during that experience. He works efficiently and quickly, shows genuine interest in patient care, and (a true blessing in 2026) is safe because he actually listens. Went back today second time. Won't go to anyone else as long as he stays in the area! Last time, I developed a slight problem after and, after having been beaten up so badly and called a liar by lots of medical professionals over the years, didn't return to seek help. He called me himself to convince me to come back in as, in his words, "Please come back in. It'll be really quick and I promise I can help with the pain." And he was right. And he did. He seems incredibly effective, yet incredibly quick in his work. It strikes me that he wants to get patients through the most uncomfortable parts of the experience as quickly as possible to reduce that discomfort. Very grateful for you! 🙏🏼
The medical staff is wonderful. The doctors are fantastic and the procedure was seamless but the office staff is horrible. They are incredibly rude at the front desk and in the accounting department. I had to serve as the go-between for this office and my insurance company to the point where I had to get on a three way call with them both because the accounting department could not find the pre-authorization letter from my insurance company. This has happened each of the three times I have had to use this office. Do yourself a favor and do your homework with your insurance company before placing assuming the office staff here will do their job.
Dr. Ooi and staff were very professional. They gave me pamphlets of before and after care. They let my fiancé know when to come around with car after I woke up from sedation. Dr. Ooi did my procedure a week before Christmas, and I ended up having a slight dry socket in one of the holes. He ended up packing it with a clove. OMSA took amazing care of me and I would recommend them to everyone.
I had a little trouble finding the office entrance. A nice big sign would have been most helpful. Once inside, everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. Dr. Robinson made my experience as pleasant as I could ever want. He put me at ease with his great "bedside manner" and explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. Karen, I believe was her name, who got me ready and assisted in the procedure, was compassionate and thorough in her explanations and instructions. I highly recommend this office to everyone.
Dr. Ooi did a great job in extracting my molar. He explained everything clearly before he began and kept me informed of how things were going throughout the procedure. He had a wonderful assistant who also did a great job with the post-surgery instructions. Everyone, from the checkin person to the checkout person, was friendly and helpful. I also received a call the next day to check on my recovery and comfort level. All of it was an excellent experience!
