They listen to me and help me in any way they can. I had my wisdom teeth removed recently and it was a simple process they did well on. They’re very kind staff
I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and had a few teeth I knew of that had issues. The dentist explained my options and gave me his recommendations. Got the work done a few weeks ago and I'm really glad I found these guys. Teeth feel good as new
Overbooked/overwhelmed dentist. Billed insurance a month late, then issued a past 90 days for the remainder in April without trying to contact my phone, email, or text. Shouldn't hear about an initial late payment from a credit score hit people.
Dr. Albertson was really great at listening to my concerns. It was apparent to me during our visit that he really cares about his patients health and satisfaction. He was straightforward in his opinion and communication with me and does not advocate for unnecessary treatments. His staff are all very wonderful as well and provide a welcoming atmosphere to newcomers. I am very thankful to have found them and would highly recommend!
The whole staff at Dr. Albertson's office is incredible. I called this morning and they got me in right away. Christine was wonderful in making arrangements to get me in, and Dr. Albertson was quick but thorough, explained everything so that I actually understood what the issue was and what the next steps were, and had a sense of humor. All in all, this was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist and their staff. Thank you so much, Christine and Dr. Albertson!
