i waited a half hour after my appt time to be seen, which was kind of annoying. however, i am very happy and impressed by the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. i didnt get her name, but she spent over an hour making sure my teeth were thoroughly clean. i have periodontitis and also have brackets on my teeth. despite this, she took on the challenge and did a thorough and concise job to ensure the periodontitis did not get worse. she also checked up on me frequently to make sure i was okay and not in any pain. she also made small talk, which made me feel a little more comfortable and made the bad day i was having a little better. after she was done, my mouth felt 1000x better, and i no longer had any pain. the hygienist definitely deserves a raise for her hardwork and care for ppl's dental health! i have been to some horrible medical offices where the staff just did not care, but this hygienist was amazing!
They refused to see one of my kids and still charged our insurance. They have a random kid on our account and I’ve told them multiple times that child isn’t mine I don’t know who they are and to please remove them. They never removed the kid, I keep getting reminders and calls for this kid. They won’t let me schedule the next cleaning and will just make an appointment for you, not let you know when it is until the day before and get mad when you don’t make the appointment! I will not be taking my kids back here, these people don’t know how to do business!!!!
Kids seem to like the place as much as a kid can. Waiting room is very stripped down and not real comfortable. The staff was pleasant.
Worst experience ever!!! Had back teeth pulled and had to come back for a partial. Drove 3 hours to the appointment that was confirmed the day before only to show up and be told my insurance didn’t cover it and I needed to pay for it. Also had my daughters appointment scheduled at the same time they made her wait in waiting room by herself and when they did call her back she told them she needed to wait for me to go with her and just ignored her and started drilling her tooth. She was so scared. The staff has no idea what is going on at all. They are rude every time we have gone. Now im stuck with no back teeth. They also tried to tell me I needed 6 fillings done when I was never even aware or been told that. I went to another dentist who said I needed no fillings at all. Scam artist and So unprofessional!!
