Welcome to Kikuchi Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center! Our mission is to help patients live healthier lives. With our highly professional staff we provide a caring, nurturing environment where your comfort and health is of primary importance. Dr. Kikuchi is a specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery who is trained in full scope facial reconstructive surgery including treatment of facial trauma, an array of bone tissue regeneration procedures in treatment of facial deformities, diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial pathology, as well as complete oral rehabilitation with placement of dental implants. Our office is located in the beautiful southwest valley of Las Vegas, off of Russell and Fort Apache Road. We hope to see you soon and help you build a healthy, beautiful smile for life!

We had such a great experience at Kikuchi Oral Surgery today. My husband went in for his consultation and extraction, and everything went so smoothly from start to finish. The entire team was professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. What really stood out was how friendly and accommodating they were — not just to my husband, but also to me and our daughter. From scheduling the consultation to the extraction, everyone at the clinic was wonderful. The doctor and staff were very professional, patient, and truly listened to my concerns. I never felt uncomfortable at any point. The entire team seemed happy, positive, and supportive of one another, which created a very welcoming and reassuring environment. The level of care and attentiveness reminded me of the hospitality you would experience at a hotel in Japan. I especially appreciated that the doctor personally called later that evening to check on my son after the extraction. That meant a lot to us. We are very grateful for the excellent care. Kikuchi Oral Surgery is amazing! 10 out of 10! The office staff is so kind and patient and friendly. The office is clean, cozy and inviting! Dr. Kikuchi is an expert in his field and is always up on new practices and technology! He has removed the wisdom teeth from both of my children and the experience was great! Top notch care! He even checks in with you personally after the surgery to make sure your child is doing good! Who does that? He is just the best ever! Wonderful family man as well! Always happy to support a local business that cares about the patients! Will definitely be taking my 3rd child there in the future!
I got my wisdom teeth pulled out about a year ago and they healed beautifully. Dr. Kukuchi did an amazing job and I feel very comfortable the whole time. The staff were also amazing and they truly make you feel at home. This is definitely one of the best dental/medical experiences I have ever had.
