Honestly, this is long overdue, because Dr. Kilby has helped me save many of my teeth from extreme acid damage, to the point where I can actually smile showing teeth and not immediately feel self conscious. He started a treatment plan with me a couple years back, that has had incredible results, and I will always be greatful for him not letting me give up on some of them, and being straight with me about what needs doing. So all that said, he is easily one of the best dentists in the area. Dr. Kilby himself is extremely friendly, great with patients, and genuinely cares about helping both patient pain, and anxiety levels during the visit. The staff is all amazing as well, from front desk to whomever is with you on your visit. Good and decent people all around. I cannot recommend Dr. Kilby and his amazing staff enough - and this is coming from someone who has was always petrified of going to the dentist.
I love everything about Kilby family Dentistry !!! Dr. Kilby and his staff are absolutely the best from start to finish. It doesn't matter whether it's a cleaning or a procedure, they always go above and beyond to make their patients comfortable, and to feel like family. From a 'thinking of you' note after losing a pet to a 'get well' note for me after surgery, these sweet people really care for their patients in every aspect.
Highly recommend! From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming. Dr. Kilby and Ms. D. made my first visit a great one. Additionally, scheduling my initial appointment for both myself and my spouse was a fairly easy process. They were transparent about initial costs, availability, etc. Once again, I highly recommend!!!
Dr. Kilby and his staff are very professional and treat you well. Everyone is always in a good mood and seem to enjoy working there. Dr. Kilby is going above and beyond in the dental care I need and I appreciate him tremendously!
Dr. Kilby and his staff are so professional. The office is so clean and everyone has a good work attitude. Their level of concern for patient care is superb. I My husband and I are pleased with our care.
