Dr Tran is the best dentist ever! She is so gentle and genuinely cares about her patients. I have SLE Lupus and Sjorgen's Syndrome which causes dry mouth and over the years the Lupus attacked my teeth and gums so I had a lot of broken teeth. Choosing Dr Tran was the best decision ever! She takes her time and you know what to expect and she doesn't shame you about the condition of your teeth and gums like other dentists I seen in the past. I brought my daughter who has Autism here to see Dr. Tran and I am so glad that I did! They are all so patient and the staff is so kind to us. They have done so much for us and given us back our smile. I'd recommend Dr. Tran to anyone who wants a dentist who actually cares about her patients!

I’m not normally one to leave negative reviews but feel like I need to share this. Got my tooth extracted here because they took my insurance. the assistant at this appointment threw my front tooth away without saying anything, afterwards when i asked about it even the doctor asked me if I wanted to keep it. I didn’t even get to see it or say goodbye to it (my own body part btw) the assistant also repeatedly talked over the doctor when i was asking for care instructions. That was the first disappointing event. then my dental flipper came in, It didn’t fit properly, was a little lighter then my natural teeth (which is fine) and was large so they wanted to make me a new one. When I came in to get the new one I told them that the shade of the old flipper had grown on me and I wanted to keep it instead of going darker. Me and the lovely assistant that helped me on this appointment talked about it almost the whole time i was there. she said “ I was almost gonna tell you not to go darker because it blends good” i said “ Yeah, I would rather it be a little lighter than my natural teeth than a little darker i think with time this one started blending better too” the dr came in, the assistant told her i wanted to keep this lighter shade she said “ok thank u for telling us” new flipper came in, I was happy with the way the new flipper looked in the bright office lights, but when I left and was looking at it in different lighting I realized that the new flipper was actually darker than my natural teeth and darker than the flipper that I had originally. even my roomate pointed it out and said that it clearly looked darker. When I called back about it yesterday, apparently the doctor and the assistant said they didn’t remember i said i wanted to keep the same shade and the doctor said i asked for it to be darker. (shes recalling the first appointment not the most recent one where i specifically asked to keep the same lighter shade) And when I called back today apparently, they actually made the new flipper lighter than last time. Which makes zero sense because 1. what a switch up, and 2. if the doctor and assistant remembers thar i asked to go darker then why would they actually make it lighter? literally makes 0 sense. I asked if they had surveillance because if they did the whole conversation would've been recorded and caught, but no no cameras. I recommend going somewhere else if you want to get a flipper. and if you do go here ask if important conversations can be recorded because that was just disappointing. kinda felt like i was being gaslit and told that I would just have to pay even though neither of the flippers coming out inaccurately was my fault. unless your insurance covers this go somewhere else, and even if it does don't be afraid to speak up for yourself. just because our insurance covers it doesnt make us any less worthy of proper health care/treatment. original flipper is on the left new flipper is on the right. you guys think the one on the right is “lighter” than the one on the left? lol. unbelievable (p.s i also ended up filing down the original flipper myself because it was much larger than my adjacent teeth) i will say this and give them their flowers. if you have Medicaid Dental this is probably one of the only places That makes you a flipper completely covered by your insurance. i really liked my experience with the second assistant and the doctor is also kind. just the other stuff i am not too happy about. 2.5/5
