Upon my daughter dealing with severe pain they were willing to get us in almost immediately and even reach out to others to assist In her crucial dental care. Conversations back and forth in the morning to make us feel heard and seen and to really go that extra mile when we desperately needed it. 100% recommend them. Thankful for their love that goes the extra to help those in need as well as their understanding toward my daughter who was quite scared
I myself have not been here, I have to say they were absolutely amazing. Although my grandson has had to wait for an appointment and shown up to be told they had an emergency. So we would need to reschedule. And with all the changes we have stuck in there. My grandson likes his dentist. I don't know if Natalie just got hired as a office manager. This girl needs some training on how to speak to the public. Rude very unprofessional.I am pretty sure she will talk her way out of her job. I have never been spoke to in such a way by this office ever. They have taken over a year to finish 2 caps and a few feeling. I myself am just putting it out there just because your an office manager. Don't let your mouth over ride the fact that you are replaceable! Have the gals with customer service skills answer the phone. Now that my rant is over the work they do is 4 stars just cause it takes forever.A big dentist change just happened. And Natalie needs to be a janitor.
Dr. Watson is so compassionate and professional. I was immediately at ease as soon as he walked in the room and explained all my needs. Highly recommend for all dentistry.
My dad had a very bad abscessed tooth, so bad it was causing him other health issues. They were able to get him in very quickly, pulled the tooth and cleaned out the tissue. His health has improved so much since. He was very happy with the dentist & the office staff took such good care of us.
Would give no stars but have to leave 1. I understand that keeping your appointments is important but when you have called to reschedule due to being in the hospital, having covid or not being able to get out of a drive way due to deep snow and getting stuck, they basically kick you out and say you have to wait a year, I have 2 abcesses on both sides of my mouth and I can't eat drink or talk without being in extreme pain and they refuse to see me unless I sit in the waiting room all day in hopes that someone cancels. Poor practice and no care at all.
