I showed up as a new patient who has an expectation of a quick visit with a visual regarding my concerns. Oh, it was way more than I expected! Not only did they spend 2 hours with me but they called my insurance to make sure I was good to go for a cleaning while I was in the chair and made sure I left with clean teeth, a plan for my care needed as well as a break down for my upcoming financial responsibility so I could prepare! My hygienist Courtney was outstanding and the Dr. was just as amazing! I can't thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable and cared after! Thank you Klamath Smiles!
I absolutely love Klamath smiles! Everyone there is so understanding and very nice! I’m someone who fears the dentist and avoid it at all costs, but now I go in there with no fear. I don’t feel judged. Which is a huge part! Can’t complain about the price either! Would highly recommend to anyone!
From check in to check out, for the last 6 years I have always been cared for by this dentist office. It has been amazing to have the same hygienist and dentist care for me for so long. I’m grateful to have this office and staff here in our community.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “An Emotional Journey of Plaque and Perseverance” I went in for a routine cleaning, and my dental hygienist (Megan… and NO, I won’t share, she’s mine) immediately began her heroic battle against coffee stains and questionable life choices (okay, fine, red wine). Armed with what I can only assume was a sonic jackhammer and unshakable optimism, she scaled, scraped, and flossed like Michelangelo carving the Statue of David. At one point, I think I saw the light. Not because it was a spiritual experience, but because she tilted the overhead lamp directly into my soul. Ten minutes later, I emerged renewed—bleeding slightly but spiritually cleansed, and my teeth were approximately eight shades brighter. Just as I was about to be free, a young dentist (what is he, like, 12?!) appeared at the end, like a sitcom cameo. He cheerfully checked me out, admired Megan’s craftsmanship, tossed out some witty banter as he told me to wag my tongue this way and that, and then disappeared as quickly as he arrived—probably off to make another patient question their life’s brushing habits. 10/10
Klamath smiles is amazing. The staff is wonderful and they always take good care of my teeth. They work well with my little ones and help keep their teeth in tip top shape. I highly recommend them.
