Wonderful employees and Doctors. Very low-key office, very calming and caring. And when you're having oral surgery, these mean a lot! All very professional. Doctor was cordial, explained everything, and send me home will all of these details in writing. Had calming , soft music on, which helps to keep your mind off the procedure. No drama here. I will absolutely go back to them if needed. Don't go anywhere else, these folks are the best.
I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Emery at Knoxville Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Fountain City branch). This was my first surgery experience in the USA, and it was a positive one. They recommended general anesthesia since I needed two teeth to be removed, including one that was badly impacted. Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable before surgery. Dr. Emery was very kind and even called to check on me a few hours after the surgery, which I truly appreciated. My recovery went smoothly, and I felt much better within two weeks by following their instructions. The pain was manageable, starting with a liquid diet for 24 hours and then soft foods for the next two weeks. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received.
I had a fantastic experience with whole staff from check-in to checkout. They were welcoming, informative, kind and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour as a new patient referred for an extraction. Pricing was upfront and the amount i was responsible for was clear and well documented on a paper I was given. Post procedure steps were well laid out multiple times, plus a paper sent home. I hope I dont need to return, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate
I can’t say enough great things about this office! Both locations, North Knox & West Knox, have amazing staff and the best doctors! I felt very well taken care from the initial phone call all the way after post-op. Everyone was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable! I would recommend this office and their team to anyone needing oral surgery!
Dr. Manuel was very knowledgeable and understanding. He helped me with referrals and gave me the best care for my tooth as possible. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs oral surgery/consult!
