I got accepted to SESDAC, (a program for adults with devemental and mental disabilities) I got recommended to come to Knutson, and honestly I would choose this place all over again. The staff here are incredible, the atmosphere is awesome, and they do impeccable work. I recommend my friends in college to come to here and hopefully they do honestly. They went above and beyond any other office I’ve ever visited not only with the service but going over any questions I had. I’ve been there twice, wonders experience, very very kind people and environment. I went there after my crown popped off. I had it for about 5 years previously. They put it back on, charged me and sent me on my way. That wasn’t even two months ago. It popped off again yesterday and when it did it broke the tooth under it. And they said if I want to come in to even get it looked at I’d have to pay another $110+ and that’s not even to fix anything that’s just the X-ray and the exam. So although I enjoyed the place I’m pretty disappointed that even though they messed up putting my crown back on and it only lasted two months and caused damage to my tooth coming off that they don’t care and going to charge me for it. Just another money grab type of place.
I had major anxiety when it came to the dentist. Been a regular client now for a year and the staff has me feeling like im at day spa! They remember family members and create a welcoming environment!
