The best office. Everyone is so sweet and efficient. Dr Ko is quick, efficient, kind, accommodating, and takes time to educate. They also make you feel very comfortable anytime you’re in their chair. I found out today that Kim at the office also cleaned my Grandfathers (now deceased) teeth and it was such a beautiful connection. She was super sweet. This office makes you feel like family. Highly Recommend!
I came to Dr. Butson for a second opinion after a different dentist told me I had 8 cavities. It turns out I had 1. I've been with Dr. Butson ever since. He and Dr. Ko are both great, honest dentists. But I also want to extend praise to Kim, who handles teeth cleaning. I have NEVER had a pain free cleaning before. But with Kim, there is zero pain or discomfort. She's amazing, and worth visiting the practice for alone. My husband feels the same way.
Dr. Ko is an exceptional prosthodontist, and his team at Ko Dental is truly one of a kind. Dr. Ko is highly knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, all while demonstrating outstanding bedside manner. In my entire life, I’ve never encountered a dentist with such remarkable technique when administering novocaine—you don’t feel a thing. As for his team and staff, they are all wonderful. I’ve had various team members assist with cleanings, x-rays, and administrative tasks, and every experience has been positive. The entire team works seamlessly together to provide exceptional care.
Linh was very kind and helpful when doing my x-rays! Dr. Ko was absolutely amazing when cleaning my teeth. He was efficient, methodical, and took a lot of care. He was also very patient, helpful, and thorough when answering questions. 11/10 would recommend!
I am a patient of Dr. Ko in his Edmonds office. Dr. Ko is highly skilled and passionate about his craft, and he enthusiastically shares his expertise with me. He is happy to answer my questions and explain his choice of treatment clearly and concisely. He is a friendly and caring prosthodontist. When my previous providers repeated that my case was very complicated and difficult, Dr. Ko made a treatment plan in no time and explained to me the steps needed to fix my problems. My bite is getting better after just a few appointments. Dr. Ko is very careful when he administers local anesthesia, and I am pain-free during the treatment. During appointments, Dr. Ko tells me when there is a 5-10 break, and it helps a lot to rest, especially when an appointment is long. I highly recommend Dr. Ko.
