Initially I wasn’t impressed with the front desk, however, she warmed up. Maybe she is accustomed to customers not being so nice to her. So, everyone, just smile. Once she realized I wasn’t going to complain, she became very friendly. Like I said I think she was just protecting herself from what she’s accustomed to. Remember customers, the front desk, doesn’t make the rules, they just follow the rules. Once I went to the room the tech/assistant was WONDERFUL as was the doctor. They both did an AMAZING job making me feel comfortable. The procedure was fast and after the numbing, completely painless. I CERTAINLY would recommend this team. Thank you all for a great experience!
Each time we have been to the office everyone has treated us with so much kindness. I'm especially thankful for Dr. Bannon and Jaz taking amazing care of my daughter. We drive almost 3 hours for their care, kindness and knowledge.
My son's orthodontist referred him to Dr. Benson to have a procedure done. Dr. Benson was very nice and professional. However, we went to have one thing done and was informed that my son's wisdom teeth needed to be removed as well. I was okay with that and spoke to billing and the out of pocket cost was $400 which was due before his appointment. A month later, I received a bill in the mail for $2300+ and was totally shocked. How was this missed? If I had known, my out of pocket cost would be that much, he wouldn't have gotten his wisdom teeth removed. I have called the office multiple times and left a message and no one has returned my call. Unfortunately, I dont recommend this place and the billing person needs to be fired because clearly she isn't doing a great job.
Getting a tooth extraction is never fun, but my Dr was wonderful. Quick and painless. Very nice, professional and quick. His staff was wonderful as well, making me comfortable and calming my nerves. I would recommend them to all.
Doctor Denson is great, very professional. One of my nurses Ashley was very comforting about how nervous I was to get my wisdom teeth out. 10/10 health crew. My problem is how no one ever answers the phone when you call. I shouldn’t have to call over and over again to get someone to answer me and when you request information to be sent to you in an email, it doesn’t get sent. The front desk crew I would also say isn’t very hospitable but the doctors and healthcare team are which I would prefer because the former isn’t in my mouth. My brother and I both went here and had okay experiences, we’re healing good and appreciate our surgeon and nurses.
