But let me tell you, having worked with Dr. Krasowski at Krasowski Dental, I've seen firsthand how much he cares about his clients and the amazing quality of his work! He's also worked on my teeth several times, and seriously, zero discomfort! He's all about making sure you're comfortable. As for the results? Beautiful and totally natural-looking! Dr. Krasowski also can help with TMD and the symptoms cause by it. He has changed my life because of it! And let's not forget his team – they're caring, patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful! I returned to this office earlier this year because I had sensitivity and remembered the dentist doing good work in the past. He redid a filling, and I paid the full amount upfront. The woman at the front desk even looked at me like I showed up with pennies when she told me the total — felt very off putting. I was told the claim would be sent to my insurance. It never was. I had to call twice just to get them to do something they should have handled immediately. Here’s where it gets unbelievable: I was 25 at the time, and only after my insurance processed the claim did the office suddenly bring up that I supposedly owed $1,000 from when I was 12 — 13 years ago. Not once was this mentioned during my appointment, not one bill sent to my parents as a child, not at checkout, and not during any of the two calls I made following up. Instead, they quietly kept the refunded amount from my insurance without informing me beforehand. That’s not a mistake — that’s shady. The complete lack of transparency makes it feel like they intentionally delayed sending the claim so they could keep the $700 I was charged that day. This experience was disrespectful and honestly felt deceptive. If a patient allegedly owes money from over a decade ago, it should be communicated upfront — not hidden and used after the fact.

Pleasant staff. Purchased dental appliance from Krasowski. Dentist Krasowski “Realigned” my bite for appliance after 63 years, causing changes. The realignment caused minor bite damage and visits to other regular dentist for repairs. Called and emailed Krasowski office a couple times shorty after realizing appliance issues and office didn’t return calls.
