(04-16-2022) The staff here is great. The equipment is awesome. They treat me like I'm family. Dr. Kruger and Reeva are amazing. My problem is payment. On my first vist. I was told and they showed me on paper, I would only pay a specific amount. My second visit, when it was time to pay. It was an extra $70.00. Surprise! Then I said, " my first visit I was told I would pay this much." The receptionist responded, " you took x-rays." WOW! I thought all that was included. That's not right. I don't mind paying the specific amount. I do have a problem paying the extra $70.00. I paid and wasn't happy. My regular dentist recommended this office. I went because Dr. Kruger is a specialist in his field. This is the only reason I visited Dr. Kruger. I just wanted to share my experience.
Very nice, gentle, and listens to your needs and fears. He truly cares. He explains the procedure in a way you can understand. The right dentist for anyone with anxiety for dental work. The office staff and assistants all answered questions and concerns. Highly recommend!
Today was my second excellent experience with Dr. Kenneth Krueger - I needed an implant five years ago and another on the other side of my mouth today. He is extremely professional and good at setting you at ease about the procedure. His staff is also very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Krueger for dental implant surgery!!
Dr. K did not explain what he was going to do. No numbing and it hurt a lot. Good quality work, but zero bedside manner.
Dr Kruger and his staff are great! I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful service I have received. Thanks Dr K!
