This was not my first visit to Sage Dental and it definitely won't be my last. After 45 years with a Dentist that I knew & trusted he retired. I had asked him for a referral/recommendation and thankfully he told me about Dr. Kyle Siemen. I only wish I had 45 years to share with Sage Dental. Dr Siemen has a top notch staff the front office employees couldn't be more friendly and good at what they do with scheduling appointments to help meet the patients needs. I haven't had all of the Hygienists work on me yet but have been very pleased with the ones I have had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new Dentist
I'm new to the area and found Dr. Siemen for my dental needs. Even though my insurance is technically out of network, I worked with the front desk and they were able to use the same fee schedule from another in-network provider. My insurances uses the same schedule even though it isn't in network, they treat me as in-network! Staff is friendly, and the office has extra flourishes which make it a relaxing experience. As much as a dental visit can be relaxing lol. 10/10 would recommend
Sage Dental was excellent. From the receptionist Megan to my dentist Dr. Marina Awad. If you need dental care of any kind check them out. What a great experience!
I made an appt. for an exam and cleaning three weeks ago. I live in Lake County and was told by my insurance company that they had an office in Mount Dora. It turned out to be misinformation. The Office is in Maitland which is physically in Altamonte Springs. The phone number I called is a call center in Boca Raton. They would NOT transfer me to the AS office. The call center does all of the booking, answers questions, etc. My appt. was for 12/22/25, 2 pm for the exam, 3 pm for the cleaning. I started getting text messages for another patient with a different Name who had an appt. yesterday. I called the call center who was NO help at all. I asked to speak with the manager, a call that will never come. I finally got the number of the AS office and talked with a woman with no name who is sorely lacking in people skills and asked for HER manager to call me. No call, big surprise. Finally, I went online and somebody cancelled my cleaning without notifying me. So I cancelled my exam. On a scale of 1-10 where 10 is the best. Sage Dental is a MINUS 20.
Sage Dental on Glen Kernan is the best dental experience I ever had. Truly a one-stop Dentist. I had a root canal, extraction, and temporary teeth all in one office. Plus, Dr Che told me I was NOT a candidate for implants as they may perforate my sinuses. Every other dentist I've been to has tried to sell me on implants. Also, Tanya was so helpful with my insurance. The office staff are superb. I have found my Forever Dentist at Sage Dental and I recommend you do too! Best dental experience you'll ever have! I Love My Teeth!
