Great location and office is super nice/ welcoming. The dentist is also great and explained things very well, however they seem to lack a sense of urgency when it comes to completing a treatment plan. They told me they would follow back up with a plan for my gum/ bone issue and it’s been almost 4 weeks with no outreach. Very disappointed in that type of service so i’d recommend going elsewhere.
After going through with previous periodontal work at my general dentist office, I came to Dr. Nosrati for a second opinion on one tooth that wasn't having great success. I can't express how appreciative I am of him for taking time to come up with a treatment plan for a not so cut and dry tissue grafting case due to previous operations. I could tell he really thought about my case after explaining my treatment plan and why he wanted to do it that way. Dr. Nosrati blew me away with his expertise, knowledge, and professionalism. A bonus is he's really funny and personable guy! Looking forward to seeing his practice voted best in San Diego.
I love Dr. Nosrati(Periodontist) and Dr. Irene(General Dentist). Dr. Nosrati has a great personality and he’s very funny! They are honest and so educated. He does beautiful work. Beautiful office and its start of the art. I would never trust another Periodontist…

Dr. Erez Nosrati is such a knowledgeable doctor who takes his time with his patients and goes over all options possible. I appreciate an honest doctor who can give you options and perform complicated cases. Please seek a consultation with him if you need a Periodontist!!
