My parents have been coming to this office for over 30 years and we commute an hour to get here - and it is SO VERY worth it. They both have been seeing Dr. Kao, and prior to that, were with Dr. Kitazawa before his retirement. Dr. Kao and his staff (Debbie, Beth, Joy, etc) are absolutely amazing humans. Joy has been at this office forever and has been deep cleaning my parents’ teeth and gums since they started there 30+ years ago. They only trust her for the job! They have both had surgeries, tooth extractions and my mom even received a tooth implant here - and the work was flawless and painless. Dr. Kao also is VERY honest and never upsells. If he can save a tooth or has another solution that is more conservative, he will try it first. I have accompanied my parents numerous times to appointments and have seen firsthand how well they treat them and how intricately they check tooth and gum health. I highly recommend Dr. Kao and Joy.
Dr. Kao is the man. I had a horrible receding gum line and came in for a gum graft. Let me tell you, from the moment I picked up the phone to make my very first appointment to every appointment following surgery, service has been amazing. He has an excellent team working with him. My gum graft went amazing and I honestly couldn't even tell there was ever an issue. Please trust this man with your gum health. He's a master of his craft. Truly gifted.
Great. Experiance with two of my tooth’s extractions. Dr. Kao was very professional and understanding with the whole procedure and after care for the loss of my tooth’s. I have really bad anxiety and office staff was so nice and understanding and caring.
Regret agreeing to undergo the Laser Assisted New Attachment procedure LANAP. I eventually ended up losing my teeth and had to have a dental implant done by a different dentist.
Dr. Kao is very thorough, professional, and genuine. Great experience every time I've seen him. Great staff as well. I've never seen a better dentist!
