I can not say enough GREAT things about this Denistry! My husband and I had to reschedule a few times and Bailey was extremely accommodating and helpful. Dr. Laden and every staff member here I have come in contact with have made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist in the past, however since making the change to this dentistry I do not dread the dentist anymore . I had so many questions and every staff member has taken the time to ensure every question I have was answered ! I will be a life long patient! Thank you guys from all the ladies at the front desk to everyone working in the back ! You guys are incredible about your job! 😊😊
Dr. Batra is fantastic. He is direct, kind, honest, and very easy to be around. He makes you feel as if you are with a friend you've known for a long time and are comfortable with. His staff members are all extremely polite and sweet ladies. I am impressed with his interest in new and advancing technology and fearless attitude towards utilizing quality tools and resources to get the job done, although he does not use the tech and tools as a crutch, he is definitely very capable in all aspects of the procedures, etc. I have had some issues with my implant, and he has been there with me every step of the way and does not "sugar coat" the issue, but is superb at explaining his confident approach at the next steps to deal with issues. I am not a dentist person. I, as we all, abhor going to the dentist and am fearful of most of what happens outside of regular cleaning. Dr. Batra has changed my attitude on that and I feel at home in his office. I would highly recommend Laden & Batra to anyone wanting even the most basic stuff taken care of up to full-mouth items. The office is also extremely nice and clean and has great amenities. The entire building is nice and parking is never an issue. 11/10 would recommend.
I would like to just say that Dr. Laden & Dr. Batra, are really great at what they do. If you're in need of a great dentist, you will be hard pressed to find two dentists better. What makes it so nice also, is how friendly that they are. They help you feel relaxed, and welcomed as well. I'm not one to just write a review easily. In this case, I wanted to tell others about the great service, that I receive. I hope that you will consider giving them a try. I believe that you won't be disappointed with your decision.
Laden & Batra Dentistry has been a godsend for our family. After going through a number of uncaring dentists with shoddy care, these folks have given us fantastic care. Very skilled and caring people who do excellent work. My new hygienist Daniel listened to some new health concerns and we worked out a plan that worked very well for me. Couldn’t be happier.
After having the same dentist for 30 years, I was nervous about finding someone new once she retired. Dr. Laden came highly recommended, and I can see why. From the moment I walked into the beautiful new office, I was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk team—it was such a welcoming start. For my check-up and cleaning, Heather, the dental hygienist, was amazing. She was thorough, informative, and incredibly personable, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Laden then came in for the exam, and she was just as kind and approachable as I had hoped. We feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Laden and her team. The entire experience was wonderful, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our new dental home.
