Every experience I've had here has been great. I cracked a front tooth and they took me SAME DAY and I left with a tooth that day and dental plan to fix. All the dentists have been so knowledgeable and talented. I've had a few dental problems pop up and they educate me on the causes and what to do to fix it very we. I really love Dr. Babineaux. She recommended dental fillings for my front teeth that not only improved my appearance but also made me realize how bad I was biting my nails! I've been able to grow my nails because the teeth fillings remind me to stop. I'm just really impressed with this result. She didn't have to recommend this small treatment but the difference it made for me was incredible.

We loved having Alexis & Dr.Babineaux for our recent appointments. They were so helpful and explained every step of my appointment. If I could request these ladies for every appointment I would !! The overall all experience was nothing short of great!

This dentist office is completely unprofessional and has no idea what they’re doing, at all!! I went here to get all four wisdom teeth removed. My very first consult visit I didn’t even see a dentist at all which I thought was very odd but they told me their oral surgeon is a travel surgeon which was fine for me. When I first got there they couldn’t find my insurance in the system even though I gave the front desk my exact dental card that was up to date. When the assistant pulled me back to take x-rays they still did not have my insurance in the system and I was told they couldn’t find it which if they couldn’t find it they shouldn’t have brought me to the back at all until it was found. Once I got the x-rays done they put me into a room and eventually I was told that they somehow found my insurance which is crazy because I gave the front desk girl my exact dental insurance card that was up to date. After that I waited for about an hour and a half in the room WITHOUT seeing a dentist/surgeon just for them to tell me the cost of the surgery After my consult was done, I got a call the week before my surgery stating that the surgeon was unsure if she could take all 4 out so they gave me the option to either pay for only 2 teeth to be taken out or 4 and if I paid the 4 I could get a reimbursement if all 4 aren’t taken out. I chose to pay the full amount for all 4 just in case the surgeon goes in during the surgery and says that she can take out all 4 because my dentist wanted all 4 taken out. I was also told I wouldn’t be able to talk to the surgeon until the day of surgery regarding this matter and they couldn’t give me a reason why the surgeon was only recommending 2 wisdom teeth to be removed. The surgeon was very professional and the surgery was super fast and efficient. The surgeon ended up only taking 2 out which was then told to me that I’d get reimbursed for the other 2. My surgery happened on August 27 2025, it is now November 5 2025 and I still have yet to receive the full reimbursement back. I went into the office on October 9th wondering why I haven’t gotten my reimbursement back yet because they said I’d have it back within a week after my surgery which never happened so I went on October 9th and was told that I’d have two separate deposits of the reimbursement on my card within 7-10 business days. A couple of days went by and I ended up receiving not even half of my reimbursement which was $275 when in total they owed me $667. I went back a week later and then was told that the other portion of the reimbursement was mailed to me and it will take 30 days to receive it. Today I went back once again although it has not been 30 days I needed to see if it was still in route and I was told they could not give me an update because they have no way of knowing where it is. The lady I talked to ended up cutting me off and telling me it hasn’t been 30 days yet, which I was well aware of, but also said she has multiple witnesses of what was said to me regarding the encounter on October 9th even though I was told it would be deposited for BOTH transactions and not mailed. I do not recommend this place not one bit. They are severely unprofessional, they do not understand HIPPA nor do they communicate with you with what’s going on. The only good thing about them was the oral surgeon.
