We love LaFerla Wilson Ortho! Great customer service and atmosphere. Our teen daughter felt very comfortable at every appointment. They were great to schedule if we needed something in between appointments. We also loved the early morning offerings, so she didn’t have to miss much school. The results were fantastic. We would highly recommend to anyone out there looking for orthodontic work!
We saw Jadyn for a consultation today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, listened well to our questions, and answered them very thoroughly. She put our son at ease. You guys are so lucky to have her. Our son says “10 stars!”
Great experience today at LaFerla! We had our initial consult and Jadyn was fantastic! She made the experience so easy and explained all the steps and details. Dr. Wilson was so kind and made my daughter feel at ease with her treatment plan. I would recommend them to anyone needing Orthodontics.
Dr. LaFerla and Dr. Wilson have set the bar high for excellent customer service and dental treatment. Jadyn is an angel in disguise. She is so kind and caring. The day before my appointment, she called to introduce herself and explain my appointment. She asked if I had concerns.... I was so moved by this experience that I had tears in my eyes. It got me thinking about business and relationships. What if we all treated people this way: welcoming, mentoring, listening? It reminds me of God making crooked things straight - not just teeth, but lives. My visit was wonderful from the warm welcome at reception, the hellos from staff, and both orthodontists discussing treatment and being so nice. Kudos! The entire team gets 10/10 stars.
Jadyn and the staff was so amazing. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The whole process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. The genuineness and warmth we felt was a true gem.
