I am not going to sugar coat it. I hate going to the dentist. This experience was different I had the best time. I was shown what was wrong instead of just told. I was talked to about treatment plans and what would work best. I was talked to like a person not just a patient. I wasnt just told well we have to do this. The gals and gents are all the best. I hate to say it but I can't wait to go back to the dentist. Thanks Dr. Laing and everyone at the office for making me feel comfortable and not scared to be at the dentist it has been a while since I have felt that way.
Absolutely love Dr. Laing and his staff! My first visit and I was comfortable and relaxed, they made me feel so welcomed. Dr. Laing told me what he was doing as he worked in my mouth and was very informative. I felt like I was with family, what a blessing to have Dr. Laing and his staff here in Van Wert. I'd give more stars if it were allowed!
Doctor Bob is doing a great job taking over for Dad. I'm delighted with the care I received. It's very reassuring to know the doctor and his staff has our back. How many doctors would give you their cell phone number??
Dr Lyons and his staff were wonderful. They put me at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. I was very impressed with the advanced technology that they have in their office. I would recommend Laing Family Dentistry to everyone.
First time meeting dr. Laing and he was a trip, in a good way!! He explained everything to me that normal dentist don't and told me to save my tooth instead of getting it pulled out.. Which was a great choice, btw!! The guy that helped him ( Braydon) really is very helpful to.. Explained certain thing we asked him and also showed me how my tooth looked to!! Great place to go to!! Would recommend to anyone!!
