Let me begin by saying this dentistry does good quality work. That being said, they are extremely pushy with care and pricing. I get the impression they know what the insurance companies will pay and push as much as possible to give you all of that, plus more. I was charged more than expected, pushed to sign up for unnecessary services and even charged for services not rendered. They corrected these mistakes, but you feel like you are fighting for your life to get a simple cleaning!

I've been suffering from teeth grinding for over a decade. My enamel loss became severe, my teeth were very sensitive and painful, I had cracked and chipped teeth, and jaw pain. Dr. LaCosse explained that the root cause of my grinding was due to a poor bite, so he formulated some veneers that would not only restore my tooth loss, but correct my bite and boy, was he right! Since then, not only do I have a beautiful smile again, but my pain is completely gone. I no longer need Sensodyne tooth paste and I threw my night guard away. I can even tell that my jawline is changing as the built up tension and inflammation is subsiding. Dr. LaCosse was so patient, kind, and did such a fantastic job correcting my issues from the root cause. I'm so thankful!

I recently switched my family dentist to Lake Dental, and have been very impressed and thankful for the experience I have had so far! Dr. LaCosse is amazing with my kids, and the youngest actually ASKS to go to the dentist! Tracy has been so helpful with all of my questions and needs regarding submitting to insurance, and all of the staff is amazingly friendly and compassionate and considerate of my needs as a patient. I have had bad experience at prior dental offices and the staff made sure to take great care of me and eased my nerves about my dental procedures. I highly recommend Lake Dental and Dr. Bob!
