Dr Courtney Richter was amazing! This was my first visit here as I recently moved to Alexandria. She did a beautiful job on fixing a chip in my front tooth and she also has great bedside manner. I am 51 years old and this was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist! I would give her 10 stars if I could.
Ashlyn is a fantastic hygienist who truly met all my needs. She was caring, gentle, and cleaned my teeth efficiently. It was such a pleasant visit, and I really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail.
I am dental phobic and needed some major things done. Reception team were very helpful, and dental team were amazing. Very patient and supportive. Allowed me time to recover and then found a solution to get me home. Cannot express how grateful I am for their kindness and excellent care!! Best dental place ever !!
I was so pleased from start to finish with the welcome at door and the checking out. Dr Carlton is so nice, very interested in me, and I felt like everything was explained so I could understand. Courtney is so knowledgeable and I felt like she took such an interest in me. I am here for a visit after my procedure. I am 75 and my lower teeth were failing and my bite was off. I had healthy gums and good bone. Dr Carlton fixed my teeth with out pulling any and corrected my bite which is huge. He works with such precison and his assistants Trina and Lexis are highly trained. Plus they are all so kind. 10 stars! Sarah Doiron
Great experience as a new patient! Everyone was so kind, humble, and accommodating — from the front desk to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, and even checkout. Dr. Carlton did a great job and I felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend this dental office in Alexandria!
