I highly recommend Dr. Campbell and his staff at Lakeland Periodontics. The entire team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The care I received was excellent. I appreciate the way they made me feel comfortable answering all my questions. Dr. Campbell and his staff were all fantastic, and they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
Extremely surprised by the lack of assistance care or interest in my case as proven by lack of follow up... Came InTo their office eith alot of pain from an infected extracted tooth. Gave me a prescription Thursday and hasn't filed it now it's Friday and they are already closed. Not open til Monday and still haven't filed my prescription still in pain. Lilly also never contacted me back today like she promised regarding insurance..... Unexceptable. Highlight lack of interest or care in my case. I am very upset by this situation. Feels like I was lied to by multiple staff because of this. Irate. Now still trying to deal with all this. I don't understand why this was done to me.
I had another wonderful experience today at Lakeland Periodontics & Implant Dentistry. This was my second visit, spaced a couple of years apart, and both times they were absolutely amazing 🤍 Dr. Patel is incredibly kind and gentle, and she also took the time to answer numerous questions for me, which makes such a difference during procedures that can naturally cause anxiety for many people when getting dental work done. Haley, her assistant, was wonderful and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time, checking in with me and answering any questions I had along the way. The office staff is just as great—so kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in. The entire team truly makes you feel cared for and at ease. I’m so grateful to be in such great hands and would highly recommend them to anyone 🙏
A pleasurable experience at a periodontal appointment??! Sure was. Dr. CAMPBELL’s Team was so thoughtful and welcoming from the moment I checked in, and continuing through the entire appointment. The surgical process was carefully explained by the staff (Jozelyn) or Dr. Campbell. No question they had a job to do, but I sure felt the first priority was patient care and comfort. Dr. Campbell is knowledgeable, professional and highly skilled, but even better than that, he is a kind man. As I left I was handed a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers to make my day brighter. Who does that!!? A Team whose focus is patient first; Dr. CAMPBELL’s Team.
My experience with Lakeland Periodontics & Implant Dentistry was informative, helpful, pleasant, and most of all very professional. I felt totally safe and secure with Dr. Campbell. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services. In fact, I came to find him through a friend who also had a good experience with him.
