I've been a patient of Drs. Chandler and Ashleigh for 16 years. Both are amazing dentists. I LOVE their conservative approach. Several years ago Dr. Chandler extracted a wisdom tooth. I was expecting a horrible experience based on what a dental surgeon had told me 40 years ago. It was a painless procedure, and Dr. Chandler completed it in about ten minutes. WOW! Dr. Ashleigh has also done some very intricate work, and it's always been stress-free. I love how both of them explain, in advance, what they intend to do. The entire staff is helpful. Margo, who cleans my teeth, is a true joy. I'm so sad that she's headed into retirement. That's just a recommendation, Margo! Stick around and I promise to do a better job with the water pik! The offices are modern, clean, and cheery. You'll love being a patient here. I can assure you of that.
My daughters and I have been going to Lakes Region Dental Care for 11 years. We have always had excellent care and trust Dr Ashleigh (who we see) with her recommendations. The staff is so kind from the moment you walk in. Recently I had a diagnosis that required extra care. Dr Ashleigh and her assistants went above and beyond to care for me well and make sure I had what I needed. They see you as an individual. Great office all around. Highly recommend.
This dental practice stands out as the best I have experienced in a considerable time, particularly given previous uncomfortable experiences at other facilities. The team consistently provides comprehensive answers to all inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable environment for patients. Kellie, the receptionist, consistently offers a warm greeting everytime. Sabrina and Erica are both exceptionally skilled in their roles. Today, Dr. Chandler performed two fillings with exceptional proficiency. For those seeking an outstanding dental experience, I highly recommend this practice. Their dedication to patient care is truly commendable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Experience, Trust Rebuilt! I recently visited Lakes Region Dental Care after not seeing a dentist for about five years. I’ll be honest I went in nervous and on edge because of past experiences with other dental offices that pushed unnecessary procedures. In fact, the last time I sat in a dentist’s chair, they told me I needed a filling. When I asked which tooth, I disagreed, walked out, and never went back. Five years later, that tooth has never bothered me so needless to say, I’ve had some serious trust issues with dental offices. This visit completely changed that. From start to finish, the team at Lakes Region Dental Care was professional, kind, and respectful, especially when I explained I was paying out-of-pocket. They didn’t try to upsell me or recommend anything unnecessary. Instead, they focused on my care and comfort. I want to give a special thank you to Erica, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was absolutely incredible patient, gentle, and understanding. I had quite a bit of buildup after so many years away, but she took her time and did an amazing job. She told me my gums might be sore afterward, but they weren’t sore at all that’s how skilled she is. When I apologized for the state of my teeth, she smiled warmly and said, “No worries, that’s my job.” That kindness really stayed with me. After today, I walked out with a clean smile and something even more important my trust restored. If you’ve ever had a bad dental experience or felt pressured in the past, I can’t recommend this place enough. Lakes Region Dental Care is truly a class act, and it’s refreshing to see honest, caring people who genuinely put their patients first.
