Team is very friendly and caring. They were able to schedule me quickly to resolve my dental issue. They were quick and caring about my comfort. I received information for how to take care of myself after the procedure and then followed up with a phone call to make sure was ok!
Dr Dan DeTolla and his staff were wonderful! The appointment was on time, the staff explained everything. Dr DeTolla is great at his job! Would highly recommend. Staff called me 2 hours after the appt to check in and make sure my son was ok. Will definitely be back with my other 2 kids this summer for wisdom teeth removal.
The dental assistant was very helpful in all the details what to do what not to do. Dr. Deola was very focused, gentle, and it all came. My tooth came out in one piece very little trauma I would recommend them.
Hello this is first time I’ve given a review to anyone I’ve done business with. My Experience with Dr. Pak and his staff were great, always friendly and easy to deal with. They did an implant on me that lasted less than a year before it failed. I paid a little more then 5000 dollars for the implant. Last week not only did they charge me for having it removed which they said they wouldn’t do, they refused to give me a refund on the implant that through no fault of my Own failed in less then a year after it was put in. So here I sit after all the appointments and all the missing work, without an implant and out of pocket almost 5000 dollars. I was hoping they would stand behind their work but unfortunately they don’t. Be carful before you get work done here
I was referred to this clinic by my dentist to have two teeth extracted. When I arrived, the first thing I did was ask about the cost because I needed to know whether I could afford the treatment. They told me the price, and I paid it in full that same day. Three months later, I received another unexpected bill. When I called to ask why, they told me that the first amount I paid was only an “estimate.” It apparently took them three months to change the price. I also found out they added a $192 charge for a “consultation” — which never happened. No one consulted me there at any point. On top of that, they threatened to send my account to collections if I didn’t pay the new bill within two months. This was shocking and extremely stressful, especially after I had already paid what they originally told me. Overall, this was a horrible experience. It feels like they are just looking for ways to take as much money as possible from patients. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
