Would not let me go back with my minor child who was scared. They cut her teeth out we leave. 2 hours later puking and bleeding profusely. Take her back again ask to go back with her once again i’m told no. Even tho i’ve been back the very first time so it obviously had nothing to do with anything except the nurse had a problem. Now my daughter can talk and tells me that the nurse wouldn’t come back out and speak to me cause I was angry ( even tho I never said a cross word). Had the audacity to tell the lady up front if her mom says something tell her I said so. Ok rude ssa say that to me and we can talk about it. Don’t send the ladies up front to do your job because you don’t want to deal with a concerned parent. Unprofessional,rude, no emergency number had to sit and wait for them to unlock the doors. Thank you to the older women who called and left a message telling you my child needed help and you still waited 20 minutes to let her in. Do they not teach you bed side manner in dental school? But the lady from upfront was extremely kind and explained what happened even tho it was not her job. I wouldn’t bring my worst …. onto that place. So just know the female nurse was the one of the rudest nurses i’ve ever met. And i’m in and out the hospital with myself constantly. If it would let me give you minus stars I would have.
We had a pleasant experience and everyone was very friendly. My mother was in and out with a tooth removal.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bale. We had an excellent experience! She didn’t need any pain medicine afterwards and had minimal swelling.
Dr. Bale and his team are extremely good at what they do. I got my wisdom teeth out two weeks to date. I was given very good patient bedside care before the procedure /surgery and very sufficient medicine afterwards. I was extremely nervous going in for the surgery and the amount of empathy and reassurance they gave was phenomenal. I will be recommending Dr. Bale to anyone I know that needs oral surgery. At this point I'm almost all healed up and everything went very smoothly and the entire process exceeded my expectations.
They were quick and efficient with my daughter's wisdom and other teeth extraction. When she was unable to handle the pain on the 3rd day, mostly due to her own anxiety and not wanting to follow aftercare, everyone at the practice was still so welcoming to her and I. They understood my position as a parent with a teenager whom is a hypochondriac with server anxiety and a very low pain tolerance. They understood her and got her in immediately to do what they could to ease not only her pain and anxiety but they helped a fellow parent out without me even having to explain out loud what was really going on ( anyone who knows anything about anxiety knows that if I had to explain in detail what was really going on it would have made my daughters anxiety worse and made her feel bad about the whole situation ) I am forever thankful for the people of this practice for not dismissing our feelings and emotions in a world where most are disregarded. They are fast, effective, and empathetic in providing quality services!
