I had my wisdom teeth removed at Lakeside Oral Surgery, and overall, the experience was very positive from consultation to recovery. They were especially helpful in scheduling my surgery around my college schedule, which I really appreciated. At my consultation, I did have to wait about an hour since another surgery was finishing up. However, on the day of my procedure, everything ran very smoothly. I arrived, signed a few papers, and was taken back for prep within just a few minutes. The staff was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. They provided detailed recovery instructions both verbally and in writing, which made me feel well prepared for post-surgery care. Overall, I had a great experience and would confidently recommend Lakeside Oral Surgery to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed.
Twas a dark and stormy night… no really it was dark and the weather was nasty. Our son had gone in for a check on a tooth that was looking a bit upset and seemed to need attention. Dr Wood’s team identified it as an impacted and infected molar. She reached out to her colleague Dr. Haynie who, with a full client load on a Friday afternoon, made time for this urgent oral surgery. He didn’t just resolve the one issue but identified other dental issues that could be resolved at the same time reducing pain and suffering for our son. Upon arrival at Lakeside Oral Surgery we were greeted by professional and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and confident. Their professionalism was beyond reproach as they helped us navigate this unfortunate turn of events. Although his staff was asked to stay late they never once passed along a feeling of inconvenience, instead we were all given care and respect with open arms. Surgery was very efficient, doctors assistant held our sons hand as he went under anesthesia and as our son came out of anesthesia that same staff member was holding his hand as he woke up. This was priceless!!! It brought our son so much peace and made him feel safe during a very difficult time. Dr. Haynie and his staff communicated very clearly what to expect as our son heals and what to look out for. I can not recommend Lakeside Oral Surgery highly enough.
Today I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. At first I was beyond terrified but after my previous consultation I knew Id be in amazing hands during todays surgery. I’ve never been to a more welcoming, relaxing environment. Everybody there was so sweet to me and reassured me that I would be just fine (which I was😌). Upon arrival Dr.Haynie greeted me with a big smile and a high 5 which instantly calmed my nerves. MeagAnn and Kimber who I meant during my previous consultation was there as well and they are just the sweetest people. They knew how to comfort me and were genuinely so kind and caring. I had the pleasure of meeting Laura today and she did absolutely amazing as well. When Dr.Haynie said that they were his dream team he wasn’t lying. All of you are incredible people with amazing personalities and very talented with what you do. Thank you Lakeside oral surgery you are the best!
I had a great experience with Dr. Heynie and the team at Lakeside from the initial consult to the final operation. The staff was friendly and provided information and support throughout the process. They were also very flexible with the pre and post-op appointments since I attend school in Moscow. Lakeside has a great facility for both patients and their families ensuring a very comfortable experience throughout. My wisdom teeth procedure was quick and smooth and Dr. Haynie personally followed up with a call in the evening to make sure everything was feeling okay. I would definitely recommend lakeside and would work with them in the future although hopefully it won’t be necessary.
Dr.Haynie and his team were absolutely amazing. For someone like me who doesn’t do well with doctors and dental stuff(I am very high anxiety) , they made me feel very comfortable, calm and well taken care of. The Dr. did such a good job extracting my teeth. MeagAnn was absolutely wonderful. She’s so sweet and caring that I never once was super worried about my care. Very accommodating and concerned for the patients well being. I appreciate her for being so caring and looking out for me. Laura I believe was also in the room getting me set up and taken care of. She was also so sweet and actually recognized me from one of my siblings so that honestly also helped me feel more comfortable. Also need to shout out the younger gal go works there who brought me out to my truck and helped clean up after me when I got sick. What an absolute hero to sprint like she did to get me cleaned up. Thank you so much for that. Overall I feel very good about coming here for my oral surgery. It was quick and easy and the staff all around is just so wonderful.
