I dare you to find a better dental team than Lakevew Dental, CDA. This dental office blows my concept of kindness out. This establishment has shown a pure, giving, patriotic, professional and loving contribution to an insignificant veteran like myself. Dr. Matheson, a combat veteran, and his staff are really next level experienced, qualified and caring. Lakeview was offering dental work to veterans on Veterans Day. I made an appointment hoping for a cleaning or just a toothbrush. I was shocked to be x-rayed and have several cavities filled for Free. I made another appointment 2 months later and had a deep cleaning by a gentle angel named Curby, I think. I had more X-rays, and more extensive dental work done. When finished I was expecting to put about $2000 on my CC and they said have a nice day. WHAT??? My mind couldn't understand how I received, in total, maybe 3 or 4 thousand dollars of quality care and sent me on my way... Astonished, and with a numb jaw and fixed teeth I smiled and said thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless them. My experience with you was absolutely horrible I was talked into having all my teeth pulled for dentures.The dentist took the imprints and sent them in. A week later we found a large amount added to my bill I don't have insurance and I'm disabled.That amount was taken off because it was bogus.When I came back i was told that my dentures wouldn't get done threw the original place because somebody quit or something. So the dentist says we'll we can do digital dentures.Meanwhile I've been toothless for 2 weeks. So I'm like whatever a couple weeks later I finally got them.And they were so massive that I couldn't open my mouth more with more than a half inch gap between my teeth. It felt like 2 hockey pucks in my mouth.I complained and was told it would get better and how far do you need to open your mouth anyway.I said I won't be able to eat. So I left and the next day took them into someone that makes dentures all the time.She said that they were ridiculously huge and showed me nice ones at 1/3 of the cost. Unfortunately I couldn't afford it after spending over 3k on these horse teeth I had purchased. My next appointment I explained my concerns again and explained what the denture making lady said... And I was laughed at by the doctor.He said we'll she's not even a doctor what does she know. But I know what I purchased wasn't correct at all.I asked him if they could be fixed he said only if I paid for it out of pocket. Which is and was impossible for me. After many hours with a dremel sanding and polishing I was able to make the bottoms "work" I still haven't been able to use the tops this many years later. So if there was a minus 20 star button that's what I would hit. I will also copy this and post it in any review I can find and possibly the better business bureau
Lakeview Dental (Dr Matteson and team) are seriously amazing!!! I had to come into the office on a Sunday for dental pain and they were so nice and helped me with an emergency surgery! I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them 10/10. They are so kind and professional and are truly excellent at what they do.
I don't think you can find a more friendly more experienced dental office as with Dr. Matteson and staff in town. They listen and always give you the best option to treat your needs. God Bless them.
These guys have done severe repairs to my teeth and have done a great job with their in-office care as well as post op and after care. I’ve been coming to them for years with 100% satisfaction and happiness. Would highly recommend to anybody, as well as people with children, as I have taken my child here and he has been taken care of happily and with a great chair-side manner from the first exam onwards.
