Wow, how refreshing ! Maybe I’m just getting used to poor customer service, but my experience was great, even after finding out I need a root canal. From the first phone call, to leaving the building, everyone was so nice. My Dentist was just as helpful, but my hygienist really did the work today, as she helped my anxiety, and delivered one of the most thorough cleanings ever. I will update after my work, but I’m quite confident all will be well.
The office staff is always friendly, professional and make you a priority in you walk in the front office.. the dental hygienist, had a great personality, friendly, easy to talk with and she answered all my questions.. she, actually had a great personal conversation of work and family,. I, like the personal touch and experience,. Dr. Lynn, stopped by to do a quick exam. She’s always friendly and personal involved with me, every time I come in for exams and treatments.. Great staff and dental professionals. 🫶🏻❤️👍🏻
I had a great experience. This was my first visit to Lakeview and I was very impressed. Fairly new to Havasu from California. Left my dentist of 35 years and had low expectations of finding an office as great . To my surprise and joy I found one at lakeview ! Had a cleaning done by Jessica and oral exam by doctor Osbon. Both were so friendly and professional. Jessica was careful and i didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Osbon was thorough and made everything understandable. Thank you lakeview dental for making my dental transition to Havasu so pleasant!
The staff is always friendly. The Dr.s answer my questions with clarity. Rachel, my hygienist, is amazing. She is positive and upbeat. She is thorough and asks for input. The whole experience with this dental office has been great. I used to avoid the dentist, now, I enjoy going.
I always receive excellent care and customer service from all team members at Lakeview. The hygienist is always very informative and explains everything she is doing. I feel very comfortable, informed, and in control of the care I receive.
