I was seen at Plymouth office. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My whole procedure was pain free during and after the procedure. Assisting staff were great. The Exparel injection at time of surgery provided a totally pain free recovery over what is now my 7th day! Received a text from Dr Haige that afternoon to check on my condition and to provide his personal cell phone number for any concerns or questions. Received 2 calls from office staff the days following to inquire how I was doing. I have been recommending this practice since my procedure. Very detailed post- procedure directives . Gladly give 5 stars!
I had two wisdom teeth removed and Lane Dental did an amazing job. The staff are great. A very well run office. The process with scheduling and billing was easy and they told me exactly what my portion of the payment (after insurance) would be. The procedure was flawless and recovery was quicker than I had anticipated. I will use Lane Dental again if I ever need work done and I will recommend them to friends and family.
I had a good experience with Dr. Lane and his staff. I specifically asked that Dr. Lane be supervising my whole procedure and going forward. I had everything extracted and posts. I was really scared and anxious but I felt well taken care of. He is very knowledgeable and talented. His staff is amazing. Just make sure everything is clear financial as it’s expensive! My mom had all teeth extracted at 25. I’m still getting used to the uppers. It’s been an experience! Good luck to everyone going forward!
A +, A+,A+ in all avenues of patient care was given to me by the general staff and most especially Dr Lane. My condition of anxiety was so high before visiting this practice. Once I arrived for the consult prior to tooth extraction I was made extremely comfortable and I felt their genuine care to make sure that they would do everything in their power to get me through the severe worry of what was going to happen for a tooth extraction. Following instructions before I was able to make it through the process with their care. It was such a calming experience and flawless at the same time in the caring hands of Dr. Lane. I am very grateful how I made it through it all. I know that I can trust Dr.Lane and his attentive staff if I should ever need another dental procedure in oral care dentistry. Thank you to all again.
So impressed with Dr. Ryan Haig and all the staff! All so kind and professional. I suffered with an infected tooth that needed extraction that day and they took me in right away. I am truly grateful.
