I had an amazing experience at Larchmont Village Oral Surgery throughout the entire process. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in and did a great job at explaining the process to me. Dr. Balacky was very thorough during the initial consultation which allowed us to know what was the safest procedure for me and the entire team helped inform me on the recovery as well. The team made me feel safe and comfortable before, during and after the surgery. I had a smooth and easy recovery and by the 5th day was ready to go with little to no pain. Dr. Balacky also follows up the day of the surgery to make sure you have the medication you need and are feeling well. Will recommend this Dr and his team to anyone interested in or in need of oral surgery.
I had the best experience for two separate visits for wisdom teeth removal, as well as the consultations and follow up appointments. I'm late in addressing my dental care, after not having dental insurance for most of my adult life, and I had such a wonderful, welcoming experience here. Laurie and all the staff are so amazing and kind, and Dr. Balacky was super informative and helpful to plan which paths to proceed first for my teeth. The recovery after both procedures was way less painful than I expected, and it was a nice surprise to receive a check up call from Dr. Balacky after my last removal. I'm thankful for all their help and working with my schedule. I highly recommend them, and don't hesitate, even if it's been a while since you've had a dental visit like me. After an experience from a different dental office that gave me the runaround, the team at Larchmont Village Oral Surgery restored hope that dental work can be a smooth and comfortable experience.
Everyone was so supportive and helpful. They made me feel comfortable asking questions after my wisdom teeth removal and were there in case I had any questions or concerns. I was really nervous about the procedure but I’m so glad I went to Dr. Balacky. Would absolutely recommend
I had a really great experience here getting wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Balacky was very kind and informative and took the time to explain everything clearly after my X-rays, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was super nice, the surgery process was smooth and efficient, and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. He was also very thorough with aftercare instructions and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was healing well. I healed quickly with no issues and would definitely recommend!
To say I was terrified to get my wisdom teeth taken out is an understatement. I waited too late in life to do it because I was so scared and now I'm embarrassed I waited so long. Dr. Balacky and his staff are wonderful. They talked me through my consultation, advising we only remove 3 of the 4 because the 4th was too close to a nerve. I went under, woke up, expected soreness but overall, it went great. I paid extra to use blood platelets for healing so the swelling and recovery were very manageable. He called that evening to make sure I was ok. He is top notch and so very grateful I went to him. I'm 10 days out and doing great with no issues :)
