Every trip to Dr. Shelby's office is great (as great as dental care can be, lol). The whole group works so well together and provides top notch care. Dr. Shelby even calls the day after a procedure to check on me. I appreciate that; no trouble with anything, but it is nice to get checked on if you have any question or complication. Thank you for the great treatment!
Dr. Shelby is absolutely the best, most caring, most knowledgeable, and most helpful dental provider I have ever had (and I have had a lot of them!) He is welcoming, takes the time to explain various options and procedures, and makes sure his patients are given all information to make the best choices. The office staff are kind, helpful, and provide exceptional customer service; especially Connie!! If you are looking for a periodontist, I cannot say enough about Dr. Shelby and cannot recommend him highly enough!! If I could give a hundred stars review, I would!!!
Dr. Shelby and his team are amazing. I had to undergo a very unexpected & daunting procedure and they made me feel comfortable and very well taken care of the whole time. He made sure I understood everything and chose a care plan that was best for me.
I had previously gone to Dr Shelby's "competition" (Southwind) and had a horrible experience. Dr Shelby and his whole staff are the best in the business! I had 2 gingival grafts (gum grafts) and Dr Shelby, himself, followed up with me the following day after each surgery with a phone call. GREAT bedside manner! They make you feel like family and just know, you are seeing someone you can trust! Don't go anywhere else!
As an older person facing some daunting dental work, Dr Shelby was kind and understanding of my needs during my consultation. He helped me reach a decision for a plan that works for my situation. He listened to me first and then explained the pros and cons of my choices. Very professional and smart. I had been worried about this for weeks and now am so relieved. Wish I had gone in sooner. Everyone in the office treated me with kindness. Go!!
